Gloria sues promoter Over Death accusation - Jul 18, 2007
Gloria Trevi has filed a lawsuit against a music promoter who accused her of being responsible for her daughter's death. Trevi’s baby girl mysteriously died in 1999 while she was on the run from Mexican authorities, who were looking for the songstress and her representative Sergio Andrade on child sexual abuse charges. Trevi, 39, sues Mexican promoter Andres Puentes in Miami, Florida, after he accused the singer of being accomplice of the death. Now llegedly claimed on a Florida radio station that the star and one of her back-up singers were responsible for the death of the baby. Trevi demands $4 million in damages. She also is mother to a young kid Angel Gabriel.
